It will actually be a sad day when I am don't with pt here! They were able to fix my ankle that had become stiff from scar tissue after 2 sprains. I now do indoor rock climbing with absolutely no issues. My carpal tunnel has improved greatly also! It's hard work and not painless at times. It's worth it to make sure my body is working the way it should be. The facility is clean and you can regularly see them clean it after each patient. It also doesn't smell like a medical facility at all. You are required to wash hands upon arrival which makes total sense. They are prompt and are mindful of your time to make sure that you end your session within the hour. Many times I've been asked if I have enough time for a treatment. It's easy to make appointments even with their long long wait list! At first you might not get the times and days you'd like since they're booked solid for weeks, but eventually booking ahead of time makes for an ideal schedule. They even have a wait list that they put you on to call when appointments get canceled and become available. Yes, they will call you as soon as something opens up! Never had a problem with billing here! They even check your insurance coverage for you and make sure you're getting the benefits you're covered for. To sum it all up, this is how every single medical facility should be run! Timely, easy to make appointments, personable staff and therapists that welcome you and make you feel at ease, and no crazy billing!

RSPT was amazing from the moment I stepped in. Front desk immediately knew who I was and greeted me, we handled forms and after the briefest of waits I was taken in for initial eval. Sarah was my PT primary and she is a true angel of smarts and kindness. I truly didn't know what to expect. It took me a bit to figure out there are PT aids/assistants who are there to help you with the exercises and the grunt work and then the PT's are there to make sure it's all going right. I was nervous about some of the motion that was going to happen to my injured digit, but Sarah nailed it with just the right amount of oomph to know that healing ain't easy but it's worth it. Carla was quick to look up my insurance benefits and get me scheduled. Emily was excellent! She worked on my calf and ankles and quads and asked lots of questions about what activities I need to do, had me show her the kinds of footwork and movement I do for my sport. Every session began her asking for feedback since my last visit. She would ramp up or reduce the intensity of the work accordingly. We progressed through multiple balance & agility exercises. I had pain in my right ankle for more than 10 years. I had an MRI, which showed a torn tendon. I went to two physical therapy facilities through my regular medical plan, but I did not see much improvement. I also developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel about four years ago from over-exercising at the gym. My daughter found Dr. Isaac and booked an appointment for me at the beginning of this year. I have been seeing him almost every week for the past few months, and the improvement has been significant. My pain has gone down a lot. I can now walk barefoot at home, which I could not comfortably do before. Lifting luggage into the overhead bin on an airplane is no longer very painful. Dr. Isaac is very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough.
