When questioned, the staff offers that you can give them your checking account information and they will take it out every month. My last discussion with the receptionist ended with her dismissing and hanging up on me. When I called the manager to voice my concerns he did not offer any solutions or apologize for his staff's actions. Living in a rural area should not mean that service is substandard. Each time I have come in, I have been freeing the most friendliest cashiers. Always willing to help and never rude. This time we came in to help get our brothers water service started for his new home. The lady had everything ready to go for us.
