The house was built in 1952 and water had been penetrating down from the missing chimney cap. The freezer and thaw cycle had dislodged all 3 flues. He removed and replaced all. They left exposed nails, and claimed to leave the remaining brick because they thought I wanted to drywall over where the chimney had been despite the jagged edges of the chimney. They didn't seal off the room before they began doing the interior work and also left a ton of debris in house for days before I complained. And they left debris in my neighbor's yard. I can't get the owner to respond back and will be launching a BBB claim. Horrible experience. Unprofessional.
