She was so supportive and attentive when I was exhausted and starving during the hours of unmedicated childbirth. My water broke early and she did everything to help me get through my childbirth naturally. I had terrible back labor that left me crawling up the walls practically and she worked with me to get me in the position that was best for me. She also helped my husband be a huge help to me. She used hip squeezes, positioning my body, giving me small sips of water, cooling me off with a cloth, breathing techniques all of which were absolutely life saving for me. She coached me through the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. She is supportive and super encouraging. Her voice was an anchor for me during it all.
