So I gave this location a try, on two different occasions. Both times I was lied to by the teller…read more The first time the teller said a check I was inquiring about to the IRS was not cashed and that I would have to go to the other location where I was issued the check to get it resolved. Both lies- the check was cashed 3 days after I mailed it off and this location could have searched for the status, according to the other branch. The second time the teller lied was when I called to ask to release my funds from a deposited check via ATM, teller says there is nothing they (the teller) can do to help me that their offices were closed the previous Monday and Tuesday, I asked to please speak to someone who could possibly help me further than what (the teller) were able to and I was transferred to call center. The lie- something could have been done, I called the other branch and the manager very kindly released some of the funds until the check could fully process so to not leave me in a bind. I'm very disappointed in how this locations teller was so quick to make up stories and lie to a client. It makes it difficult to trust them and I will not return to this location or even so much as recommend them.

Because my bank is not in the Columbus/Starkville area, I made the mistake of going into the bank to cash the check. There were 3 lines, but they weren't moving very fast. When I got to the bank clerk she was very rude in demanding that I take my hat off before she would serve me. Then when I told her that I did not have an account with them she very harshly said it will cost you $10 to cash the $200 check. I should have just walked out and mailed the check to my bank, but I went ahead and said OK. She then demanded that I had to ink my thumb for a print on the check! It will be a cold day in hell before I ever go back in a Cadence bank.

Le pregunte a Lixandra, la otra oficial que estaba con un cliente y me dijo que tenia que esperar a que ella finalizara. Lixandra finalizo, paso por delante de mi y salió sin decirme nada. Llevo 20 años en este banco y todavía no se como he soportado su desprecio para sus clientes.
