After the initial installation, the low tire pressure warning light didn't turn off. I was told it might take a couple of days to sync after driving. A week later, the light was still on, so I called the store and they got me back in that same day to re-check everything. In the end, they resolved the issue by replacing all the TPMS sensors with a different brand. A big thanks to Jason for taking ownership of the problem and making sure it was fully fixed. Throughout the entire process, every time I called or stopped by, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I've been coming to this location for several years now, and whenever any of my vehicles need tires or service, this is the shop I trust. We brought our Toyota Camry in to get two new tires. The tire pressure monitor on all four tires…read moreworked, and the dash indicated each tires pressure (TPMS) when we dropped off the car. After paying $547 for the two tires, when we got the car back none of the four pressure monitors on the dash worked (all blank). Firestone said it would cost $240 to fix the TPMS system. When I called them back, they refused to admit that they could have broken it, and said we declined fixing it (for the $240). FYI. I Chat GPT reviewed the issue and managers response (that it is our fault, not theirs.) ChatGPT response was: "yes, it's absolutely possible they caused the issue -- and it's also a known, fairly common problem after tire service, not something mysterious or rare." They gave a long description of what Firestone technicians likely did (accidentally), very common, and concluded: "Bottom line: you're not being unreasonable -- this is a classic post-tire install issue, and they should make it right."

Part of that was due to Kevin, who was always straightforward, honest, and good about explaining options without pressure. Since he has retired, my recent experience hasn't been the same. I brought my son's car in because the blower motor had stopped working. I was charged $160 for an evaluation and then quoted over $500 for the replacement. After looking into the repair myself, I learned that the blower motor for this model is easily accessible through the glove compartment and the part costs around $40 online. The job also does not require removing the dashboard, as I was initially told. I understand shops need to charge for labor and overhead, but the estimate I received felt significantly higher than expected given the actual complexity of the job. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the repair. I'm sharing this so other customers know to double-check estimates and ask questions. My past experiences here were positive, especially when Kevin was still working, but this visit didn't reflect the level of transparency I had come to expect.
