We have closed many deals together; however the last 3-4 deals I have lost thousands of dollars behind this company. Keep in mind they are the MIDDLE MEN and do not really fund any deals in house. In the beginning the communication was great, the updates on my loans were great. Then here recently for the last 8-9 months everything did a complete 360. I am unsure if its due to the owners Pedro and Dennyse also being real estate investors or what; but you literally have to hunt them down for updates. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with their communication more then a couple times, and it gets better for a couple days; then goes right back to crap. Ive had to call over 5x and send emails before I can get a response back to simple questions and concerns when it comes to my deals. I wait and wait and wait for documents he says is going to come and they never do. Not only do you feel neglected; you also feel ignored more times then not. I think the company has grown way too fast too soon. In the beginning the communication and the deals closed with a breeze; however now Its sad to say I don't think I will ever use their company again due to the simple lack of communication and even the attorneys we've worked with on deals with Campos Capital have been so appalled and baffled by their lack of response and lack of care. If you don't mind the element of surprise; wondering if or when your deal will close give them a shout. Daryl responded promptly and the team of himself, Norman and Javier did great work. While for some speed might be a priority, Upscale focused on getting it right. There was good communication and any problems that arose were discussed and dealt with. In the end they did really great work at a very competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and in fact am considering them for another project inside the house.

Took care of a lot of things besides the roof like installation of skylights that aren't flat and conducive to water/dirt stains, pull out direct TV' Sat's, seal up cap of unused original chimney. Price was fair and work was completed to satisfaction next two working days. Enjoyed working with them and they did a really nice thorough job. No need to worry about this roof for another 20+ years. The current roof was not leaking anywhere, best to stay ahead of leaks in my opinion.

We had no choice but to put our house up for rent and trust me when I say we were alone in thru this process. On the purchase side things got worst. They were the epitome of non communication. There only concern was to make sure they got there money. I spoke with Kevin several times and practically begged him to have his agent Donna help guide us Thru this purchase process His response was unacceptable. A couple of things: 1) Bad Scheduling and Communication - the original work was supposed to be done in 2 days, but they said they needed a third day to complete the job. Sure, no problem...except they never showed up on the third day and didn't tell me. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient since my tenants set aside their day to make sure they were available to let them in. 2) Unprofessional-ism - As we scheduled to get the job done, more of the ceiling cracked so I made a mistake by asking them to fix the additional spot and see if other spots needed to be fixed proactively. They said yes, they can fix additional spots and paint the entire ceiling and the job will take 3 days. The worker comes to do the work on the first day, and never showed up on the following day. Again, no notice that they weren't going to show up and again, my tenants had set aside their days to let them in. This is the second time now so I was about to ditch this contractor, but they said they will absolutely finish the job on the next day 3) Bad Quality/craftsmanship - I posted before and after pictures. While the ceiling is "repaired" -- it looks horrible and I'll most likely have to get it redone. I had this done by another contractor 10 years ago on another spot and the finished product looked smooth so that you couldn't tell that the ceiling had been damaged at all. Not with this finished product though. I would have let #1 and 2 slide IF the end result was high quality of work. But the result is unacceptable to me and I worry that the more of the ceiling will crack since I have no confidence in their skills in this area. Beware other yelpers -- they don't have many reviews for a reason.

In 2017, I hired them to repair the foundation at my home and to do any and all waterproofing work necessary to prevent water that flows down the hill in my backyard from hitting the foundation of the home and causing additional foundation issues, mold, etc. I'm now trying to sell my home, and every single home inspector has found that the work that they did (underpins) was completely inadequate, and although Koppers informed me that their work included regrading the backyard to ensure that water was directed away from the house, they evidently did not do ANY of this. So for the last four years, I thought that all of this water wasn't hitting the home, when it actually was, and this has caused significant differential settlement and lateral displacement due to the effects of moisture on the soil and hydrostatic pressure. As a result, the exterior foundation wall is bowing and the ceilings, walls, etc. are all cracked and coming apart. They also provided a LIFETIME GUARANTEE for their work, and are now ignoring my real estate and agent I when we try to contact them about these issues. Their work is not only completely inadequate, but they don't know what they are doing. They should have, at a minimum, put in a sump pump or French drain, and instead their work has led to significant damage to my property, which is estimated to cost ~$20,000 or more to fix. I now have to take the initiative in suing them. RUN AWAY... hire people who know they're doing and aren't crooks.

There are cracks in the walls from poor finishing. The counters pulled away from the walls after just a few years. Any "repairs" take forever to schedule, are half-measures at best, and require at least three repeat visits for the "fixes" to actually do anything. We finally gave up and paid thousands to have the roof repaired by someone else to avoid any potential structural damage from Dila's continued shoddy work. It is currently raining in my half-bath because I've been asking them since August 2020 to fix the leak they created when replacing the house trim. (A job that they had to be pestered to finish, that left black paint on the rest of my house that they just tried to cover with the existing lighter paint, and the trim is already showing damage.)
