I told them I wanted to email them a doc to print Vs printing it out myself, she told me the printers were cheaper, Etc but I was in a rush so I told them I'd be happy I pay for them to print it for me versus dealing with a printer. Emailed it. Waited 5-10 mins and they were still talking, I asked them if they got it and they said no. I then said I would just print it myself and got the hell out there. 15 mins when they could have just communicated and then gone back to their conversation. They seem like nice people, but way too relaxed. They should be able to take note when someone is in a hurry and speed up if they want the repeat business. I will try the UPS store on austin next time. I had a very good experience there previously.

This is my go-to location to print any kind of work related marketing material (posters, flyers, postcards, etc). I like that you can contact them via email and place print orders. I also like that FedEx.com uses Canva to create marketing material which is super helpful and easy. Compared to other FedEx locations in the city, I think they are the most efficient location for printing. Also, their customer service has definitely improved in the last couple of years. The current staff is always very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this location for any kind of printing job, specially if you needed done during the weekend.

Walked into the UPS kinda "hot" because Amazon put me in a mood trying to make me keep the bbq AND use my protection plan to fix it after two uses. Anywhoooo.... I walked in and encountered Jason who told me I needed to disassemble the bbq and buy packaging for it. I immediately gave him an attitude (later apologized). I said fine and Jason got everything I needed for the return. He immediately began disassembling the bbq with lightning speed and perfection. I hadn't asked for this. He then boxed everything up and sealed the box with the gift wrapping precision of a professional. I just stood and watched his amazing skill AND talent. He said, "you're all set" and gave me a return receipt.
