This review is for the Garner location. Interesting place for a massage. It resembles a doctor's office. It is small, welcoming, and I like the calming grey and blue color scheme. I likely would not have found this establishment without Groupon. I purchased the 90 minute massage and they honored the price when I scheduled massages for others. It was easy to schedule the appointments. When I arrived for my appointment, I filled out the paperwork and was called back for my massage right away. Dr. Claudio was busy and unable to see me at the appointment. The massage was fair. I am not sure why they have you fill out the paperwork when they don't seem to review it. Repeat the areas you want focused on and what pressure you prefer before and during the massage. Although, the massage was relaxing I was disappointed by the medium pressure and time management. Most of the time was spent on my back along my spine. Not an area I requested, but I guess it is because they are a spine center? Feedback from others aligned with my conclusion, that the requested areas were not focused on during the massage. Julie, the masseuse is friendly and the cost is reasonable. I liked her clear communication and how she incorporated stretches during the massage. read more

Clean office, friendly staff, great massages. I hate to say it but unfortunately I can't say the same for my chiropractic treatment experience. After dealing with intermittent back pain for a long while, I finally decided to seek treatment and so this was my first experience at any chiropractor. I was diagnosed with scoliosis and began treatments with Dr. Thoman. Of course during the initial treatments I began feeling in more pain than I had when I first walked in, but I thought this was normal at first and I would get used to the adjustments. Unfortunately, my pain continuously got worse over months and even though I made this clear, there was never a change in treatment methods. When I reported my pain levels, I noticed the doctor continuously recording lesser numbers of pain levels in my file than I was actually reporting. The doctor also seemed disappointed when I reported I was continuously pain, like he was taking it personally rather than noticing his method of treatment was not working for me. I would have appreciated if he tried something new but that never happened. Again, the office staff and massages are GREAT - I actually didn't want to stop going here for those reasons but my pain just kept getting worse. Ever since I switched to a new chiropractor who happened to have much better quality equipment and tried some different adjustment methods, my pain levels have already majorly decreased. read more

Dr.Thoman is a caring, personable professional. The needs of his patients are his primary goal. I came to him with a serious bursitis that was affecting every other part of my body. I got little sleep, I couldn't sit for any length of time, it was a painful mess. When my MD said, " it's the nerves on that side that is effecting your body." I went to see Dr. Thoman. Chiropractic results do not happen immediately, it might take several visits, but from my first adjustment, I began to sleep better and I could sit for longer periods of time. Now, 4 weeks later, I'm as close to normal as I've been in more than a year. The staff at the center are so great and so personable...all in all a great experience. Wholistic care delivered by a caring staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to the chiropractor and massage therapist interact with me as caring professionals. Cinnamon Claudio is very very unprofessional. She has a very condescending demeanor and a short fuse. She displayed her anger at one point by abruptly leaving the room and slamming the door so hard it shook the room. She has been described by her employees in derogatory terms to work for and that is why you never recognize the staff because they come and go weekly. I don't blame them one bit. The way she speaks down to them would give anyone PTSD. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to see her. As mentioned, she physically threatened me and my son. I was never rude. To say otherwise is slander. I stayed hoping that the previous owners would come back. She only cares about the money. Her services are subpar. I have fired them and wish there victims the best. read more

After seeing the couple of doctors at the Brier Creek location for over 18 months, there was no end in sight. The plan was always to come back EVERY week. I had no real increase in pain, but there was no significant decrease even with all the treatment. The office staff changed so many times over my time with them that it's clear that something is off with management. (Dr. Alan was always very nice and helpful, but he seems to not have much respect from the staff although I wasn't sure why.) Although I set-up appointments for a specific time, I frequently waited 30-45 minutes longer past to get in. Also, my insurance changed in the 2nd year from a set amount each visit to a % and a deductible. However, the staff never seemed to have any idea how much I owed at each visit (so I paid what they suspected was a reasonable amount) and despite my asking EVERY week for an update it took almost 2 months for them to tell me I had underpaid almost $200. This was the end of my visits. With so little organization and so much confusion at every turn, it made me question if my therapy was solid too. I found a new practice. I have been going for just over 2 months, and he's already shifted me from a couple days a week to once a week and now down to every 2 weeks. I feel great. I wish I knew how bad this practice was long ago, but since it was my first ever visit to a chiropractor, I had no idea. read more

Now that is good customer service I have to say. Since after that call I was travelling to Germany and Singapore, I did not have time to go back for another massage which I most probably will now that I am back. A couple weeks back I had terrible lower back pain and had to leave work first thing in the morning. I was going to a different chiropractor office but decided to try Triangle Spine Center instead. I made an appointment right after work and came in for a check up and a massage. Frank did an amazing massage and right away some of the pain went away. I have been going there for about a month now for massages and adjustments. The terrible pain I felt the first day I walked into the office is now minimal. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and focused on making you feel better and live a life without pain. Back pain is the worst and limits you from doing many things (bending down to pick something up, sleeping normally). I'm glad I found Triangle Spine Center. read more

Frank's the best massage therapist you'll find in this area. He's kind, thorough, and helpful. I feel like I learn more about how to improve my body's aches each time I visit. I prefer deep tissue massages and have difficulties finding massage therapists who can meet my needs. However, Frank is spot on with the right amount of pressure before I even ask. First off, Frank was very knowledgable and attentive making sure that the pressure was not too much during times when working out some of the knots I had. I'm don't usually take the time to do reviews, surveys or anything off the sort but I will tell you that with all the doctors I've seen for consistent back pain and headaches, my visits to see Dr. Claudio and Frank have been better than ANY other. I felt compelled to let others know of this best kept secret in Brier Creek. Let me first say, they ALL are the most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional group of individuals. They are always able to accommodate my CrAzY schedule and not only do they care for me but they also care for my son (basketball player), my nephew (mover that always carries huge heavy items) and my husband! We are ALL absolutely more than satisfied with their services and look forward to it visits cause when we leave we know we are going to feel brand new! Last I will say is that it was with their help that I was able to continue to physically train my body in order to compete in a body building competition.
