Almost a week later I called the office. The attorney would not speak with me and relayed through the receptionist they could not help me. They would not even speak with me regarding any potential details that the receptionist may not have provided or provided correctly. They did not even bother to call or email me to let me know this. The receptionist almost hung up on me when I asked if they could refer me to another attorney. This is not the help they promise on their website.

I had a failing processor, but at the time had no idea what was wrong. This seemed sketchy to me because I know none of my wiring was poorly connected but I take my computer home and pay my bill. Of course the computer wasn't fixed at all. I called them and told them this, they offered no refund, or even apologies, claiming that it was "fixed when they had it". These people are completely incompetent, and may appear friendly up front but if they mess up they are completely unsympathetic and try to shift blame. I would not recommend their services at all. Use a company like P.C. Clinic; they are cheaper and more friendly.

He is not worth your money. He'll say he is capable of things he is simply not. He's more worried about money, nice suits, and flashy cars. Also, he has a serious funk to him smell wise. That's a red flag on its own.
