Buyers beware!!!! Don't waste thousands of dollars on this insurance company. I bought a car three…read moreyears ago and last week ended up with a one inch dent on my car door near the handle. Very shallow dent as well. I spent almost $7000.00 Canadian on this protection for four years as well as their Ultimate Protect Plan. Well, I cannot get his repair covered. They told me they only do paintless repairs however my car needs the paint repaired where the tiny dent is. They told me that even though I am covered for paint repair, the damage has to occur separately from the dent!!! How many dents do you see that do not require some form of paint repair??!! I don't know how these people sleep at night. They take your money and that is all they do. So please stay away from this company if and when you purchase a vehicle. The dealership who sold me these packages are well aware of this but what they tell you is " buy this coverage and you will be covered for any dents or dings or paint repair and you will be worry free"!! I don't know how they sleep at night either. Please spread the word if you know of anyone who is buying a vehicle.
