I must say that these guys didn't have such a smooth beginning, they had a few things against them. One was being the location & the other being their competitors serving cheaper deep fried meals. But these guys saw the odds and never gave up, for that I thank you, truely a underdog tale. My salad tasted wonderful, best thing about it that it wasn't cold. I've been to restaurants where they serve you salad cold, that tastes awful and is the reason why salads are typically avoided. But by serving the salad fresh and warm is heavenly and the way it should be served. Plus it's good to note that all their salads are gluten-free and are made from organic ingredients. It's also good to see that they have a lot of salads for vegetarians or vegans. Also another plus is that you can make your own salads. If you actually do the maths works.
