After I went I got a explanation of benefits. It went to my deductible, big difference in price ! When calling the customer service numerous times and being sent from one person to another for sometimes over an hour I was told it was coded wrong. The Chiropractor coded it as physical therapy and they would contact them about it. They never did and I just do not have anyone else I can contact to help me. Molina will not make the people in their network charge the correct amount, leaving the patient paying much more than expected. I am so frustrated with this company !

This has happened to me at least 4 times. Very hard on a person to seek medical help and pay your monthly bills with these unexpected expenses. Countless times I have called to find out what my co pay would be just to hear the insurance office tell me 25 to 35 dollars then get a bill for 150.00. When I call the insurance office it takes calling several times a week for a month or two to find out what is going on just to hear them say yes you owe that office 150.00. Why in the world would it take calling more than 10 times to find out an answer. They have this My Choice Card. Suppose to help you with groceries and drug store expense. It was fine till the renewal came up. It took months for them to interview me for the renewal. So months went by without the funds on the card. Then I was told that I would get some funds for some exams I had. It took me calling over and over again before they put the funds on my card. I finally got the funds for having these yearly exams. I was told that this amount would be on my card without expiration until I used them. The amount were put on my card the end of November and were removed December 30. Even if the amounts were going to expire they should not have been removed till December 31 midnight. I tried to use them at 2:00 December 31st and they had been removed. I have found that this company is not capable of giving accurate information in a timely manner.

When I arrived, the women at the counter finished checking me in. They were nice enough, but not super friendly. The waiting room is large and unassuming. Everything seemed pretty clean. I only had to wait about 20 min, which is great for Urgent Care. After the nurse took my vitals and listened to my concerns, I only had to wait another 5 minutes for the doctor. Overall, I was in and out in far less time than expected. The dr. only spent a brief moment with me before sending some prescriptions over to the pharmacy. While I don't feel like I got many answers about my illness, I did receive quick care and some medication that will hopefully have me feeling better quickly. I would return for future medical needs.

My child came in for xray of an arm injury (a break) and clear as day said he was "fine no break" and sent him home with ibuprofen and said "if my radiologist finds anything you will receive a call". No call after one day and called the office over 5 times, no answers to any of my attempted calls. His arm continues to get worse so we head to children's ER where it is under an hr diagnosed with a break of the elbow. I should be able to trust and have confidence that if you provide x rays you will be competent enough to read the results and not send a child home with a broken limb. Do not come here unless you have a common cold.
