This is the 3rd time I have attempted to shop here and have been treated the same way every time. Today I looked through everything on all the racks and was never greeted, was never asked if I needed help, was never acknowledged in any way. I recently purchased clothing in their other shop nearby and was treated like gold. This is unacceptable. I will never shop in this location again.

The store manager would not even offer a store credit. I brought someone to shop there that I knew would be a customer as I've always been a personal shopper. No courtesy to give me a credit. I can never use the shirt it was too big. I'll never be back, I'll never send or bring anyone because the manager is not a professional.

The colors are gorgeous, it's made of the most delicious fabric, and the woman who works there was tuned into me don't ask me how. I feel like i will wear this dress a lot and i don't wear a lot of dresses so the price was worth it. The next day i wore the dress to dinner and the women i was dining with wanted to try the dress on because they loved mine so much so we went back into periwinkle. And lo and behold we met the owner of the dress company who was doing a trunk show for several days; the owner of warren and wade? Anyway i will always have fond memories of this store and this story everytime i wear the dress.

The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday.
