This is the 3rd time I have attempted to shop here and have been treated the same way every time. Today I looked through everything on all the racks and was never greeted, was never asked if I needed help, was never acknowledged in any way. I recently purchased clothing in their other shop nearby and was treated like gold. This is unacceptable. I will never shop in this location again.

The next day i wore the dress to dinner and the women i was dining with wanted to try the dress on because they loved mine so much so we went back into periwinkle. And lo and behold we met the owner of the dress company who was doing a trunk show for several days; the owner of warren and wade? Anyway i will always have fond memories of this store and this story everytime i wear the dress.

The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I'm on the phone, I didn't see she was on the phone because what is she doing on the phone at a cash register and then I said I just wanted to know if there is another cashier opening and she said Jesus Christ I'm on the phone. Another register did open and I asked the cashier who was wearing a shower cap with the individuals name is and all I got was I'm talking to someone she's the manager. I don't know who she was talking to. She was wearing a shower cap and head braces. That's the only way I can describe her. This store has become so pathetic. I live down the block.
