They are greedy people, they don't care about their customers. I placed an order for some made to…read moreorder mugs they have at the store in a green colo. I asked if they could made them in white same size and tihckness. They said yes. I went to pick them up and they showed me one of the mugs it looked good I took them home but when i opened al af them i noticed they were all different sizes and different thickness not what i have ordered. I went back to the store and explained the issue to the manager and he was immediately in a defensive mode. They refused my complaint and were impossible to talk to them so i left the merchandise with him, telling him to contact the artisan to fix the problem and i will gladly comback to pick them and left, Thay have not make any efford to resolve the issue but they have charge my credit card. I disputed the charge several times but they keep giving some wrong information to my credit card in order to keep the money. Please do not make any business with this people. They are awful! Zero customer service, Zero emphaty for ther customers. Worst experience ever! I am not the only one, there are other similar stories out there. They think being greedy is good for their business.
