I have been seeing Dr. Chase for about 3 yrs. I was happy with his work since the beginning but in 2018 I was rearended in January, went through major surgery in June and was rearended a second time in September. My back was giving me some serious ongoing pain and since the second accident I have had tremors and uncontrollable twitching! I have been seeing him and his new associate Dr. Flint in conjunction with Texas neurology and spine. After 5 trips downtown for mri's and nuero appointments I felt defeated being told my back was "pristine" when I was in so much pain! At Trinity Chiro I never feel defeated! In addition to my scheduled appointments which always bring me relief, I have knocked on their locked door (for lunch) more than once, bawling in pain and they graciously let me in and adjust me I walked out of my job as a waitress during lunch rush with a teary "I'm going to the chiropractor be back in 30!" The pain had had me limping all morning and dreading every step. I was back at work in 30 feeling like a new person!! OTC meds don't touch the pain and narcotic meds are the last thing I want to put in my body to mask pain or make life worse with the risk of addiction!! We ALL want relief NOW but real and natural healing takes time. I'm still having some flare ups when I push myself too hard or lift something I shouldn't. I have been suffering with severe lower back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain and neck pain for the last 2 years after suffering 3 major falls onto cement in the fall of 2016. I kept just medicating it but got tired of it not being relieved... I did not want a "pain management" doc as my doctor suggested, sooo when I saw the add on Facebook for a consult, exam, xrays for $27, I knew I had to go... The minute I stepped in, I noticed a great atmosphere, clean and organized office as well as great music playing... I was immediately greeted with huge smiles and extreme courtesy from Kaylee and Moneca... both offering me a bottle of water while I waited. They are extremely friendly, kind, funny and down to earth... well after xrays and exam it was obvious I was totally jacked up in all the areas described above...oh, and after my first visit I got a call that evening from Dr Flint checking on me... that was a little over 8 days ago... after Dr. Dyess, Dr Flint has got a hold of me I am feeling better... not 100% as I have a ways to go... but I do feel better... I do favor one a little over the other, and I will let them bicker over which one lololol.. yw guys!! But, they are amazing... genuine, caring, genuinely concerned about my health and well being. I rated a 4 but I have been only going for a month now . I have had a 22 year old accident ( pretty bad ) I have dealt with migraines , sharp pains going all the way up behind the ears , a nagging pull behind my shoulder . I have been going to a chiropractor before for over 4 years . Just got to the point of taking about surgery . Friend recommended and I went to the evaluation and basically told them they were my last chance and I'm going to a doctor about surgery . As the sharp pain and pulling is now gone and I can actually look over my shoulder with no pain . I do have more issues we are looking into but I was paying at least twice this amount and still leaving with pain and head aches with my other chiropractor. Yes there is a up front monthly fee when your on a treatment plan . I go in twice a week for 90 days then probably once a week after that but I was almost doing that anyways with my other chiropractor. Every time I go in I see more and more important. The office is welcoming & bright. The office staff are all very pleasant & helpful. All 3 doctors are knowledgeable, informative & helpful. Unlike other places, I like the fact that they have their own Xray on site so your results can be quickly discussed there in office, versus taking X-rays at an off-site facility, and then coming back a separate day to go over them with the doctors.
