So I bought a right for my daughter around $1800 that needed to be resized and I asked for engraving. All this was good. No issues. So why did they get the two star?? It all happened yesterday when I called to find out the status of the ring. It's been a week and no text or phone call. When I called they try to shift the blame on me accusing me of changing my idea and wanted engraving saying that was added on later date. I was like what????? Then come to find out they send my ring out to get hand engraved cuz their machine can't do it. That's ok. I get it. Things happen. Again what is disappointing is that when they realized this had to be shipped out and it won't be ready by Saturday, no call or text. Then when I called tried to shift the blame on me.
