I caught up to the truck, took a picture of the license plate and the logo on the door. I googled the name and called the company up. I asked to speak to the owner or a manager, the man that answered replied rudely, speaking. I said hi sweetheart. The man stopped me immediately and said don't call me out of my name... (his nastiness quickly reminded me the company is based in Alabama). I explained the situation and he became irate. He said if you have all of that evidence, that's fine, have your insurance company call my insurance company. So that's what I did. I would like to say thanks for that advice. p.s. the hauling was oversized and didn't have any vehicle escorting it. -More love. Less Hate

Only thing that he clearly cared about was making more making money off of us because supposedly the vehicle was only picked up just yesterday. Drove all the way from Louisiana to get my vehicle because it had a blow out on the interstate at midnight and got towed from a truck stop right by the towing place because we left it in the parking lot. They won't let us get the vehicle until Monday, and per owner who won't even tell us if OUR vehicle is there won't allow any information about OUR vehicle. It clearly states 24/7 on ALL websites! Doesn't say anything about office hours! But we are being denied to pay & pick up our vehicle when it clearly state 24/7! The owner did let us know that if it's not picked up Monday they will charge a $30 fee everyday it's there. Unbelievably unprofessional & a joke!
