Use only if you want to get audited by the irs, pay a tax preparation fee upfront plus horrible customer service. They messed up my return by inputting wrong figures e.g $892 instead of $392 and more. In fact before being audited IRS would not accept the return because they messed up on my daughters SSN (another typo). The worse part is their customer service. After taking our preparation fee and so many typos. They did not care to review their work when we got audited. Instead it was hard to reach them and we kept getting the run around. This has been my most frustrating experience with a business. We never had any issues with our taxes with another Preparer or when I'd use Turbo Tax. Oh and they insisted that we asked them to file for us when I had only clearly asked for an estimate. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. The staff is unprofessional. Got here at 10 am for an appointment. Was not seen until 7:30. They fabricate businesses and classes that clients are involved in to "maximize" your return. If you don't wanna owe the IRS stay away from this business. read more

Would rate ZERO STARS if I could. We trusted this company to do our taxes and upon receiving requests from the IRS for more information about our business expenses (what business?) we realized that they completely fabricated our documents. We do not have a business and we did not ever tell anyone that we did!!! Chandra and her assistant put that we owned a business and that we lost a large amount of money. We trusted them to do our taxes with the documents and information that we supplied not completely make things up. I will continue to post this review on any website that offers the option to. Maybe it will help someone else avoid the same situation we are in now. Please do not go there, instead find a LEGITIMATE business to help you complete your taxes. They pretend to be a Christian company that offers tax services, they are anything but. What a shame. read more

if you want to get audited by the irs, pay a tax preparation fee upfront plus an additional amount of money will be withdrawn from your tax refund. for example, i paid upfront and was shown the amount of my refund but when my money was deposited and additional amount of money was deducted. in all i paid $414 to get my taxes prepared. i have never been audited by the irs in my life and they are starting with the first yr i let this place do my taxes. i am so done. read more
