From the moment I walked into the Trinity front office that first day, I felt welcomed. All of the Trinity staff is super amazing and they strive to make you into the best you can be. From the time you are in Mrs Price theory class to the time you are in Mr Miller's clinical class you have people behind you pushing and encouraging you to keep working hard toward your goals. My time at Trinity was not only beneficial in me becoming the CNA I am today but also helping me in life. It helped me become more confident and make good connections in the work field. I entered Trinity as a 16 year old, and they made me feel like I was just like anyone else and I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. Mr Miller was super helpful in me being able to get the job I have today. He went above and beyond just being a clinical instructor. After I had completed the CNA program at Trinity he continued to help me and support me. He not only helped me get connected to people who would hire me as a CNA at such a young age but also helped me and my parents through the process of what I needed to get that job and followed up with me later to see how every step went. Not only was Mr Miller there for me during the time I was in my clinical group, he even helped me after I graduated from the program. He made himself available and answered any questions I had regarding getting a job, filling out a work permit, submitting an application, getting an interview, and eventually being hired as a CNA. Even now he still checks in on me to motivate me and make sure I am still going after my dreams to make me into the best I can be. Mr Miller is always doing his best to help people out with the many connections he has. Mrs Price was also a huge inspiration to me while at Trinity. She was always making sure that we knew that she believed in us and was always pushing us to become better everyday. She would tell us confidently that she knew that we would pass our state test and that we would make amazing CNA's. Although the class is short it equips you for everything you need to know to pass the state exam and become a hard working CNA. I was so thankful they arranged for clinicals to be completed at both a nursing home/rehab and hospital environment. This allowed me to learn from different CNA's and to experience how they handle their jobs. Because of this we were able to see which environment we liked best and also witnessed other professions during that time. From a nursing home to a hospital experience you get to see what it is like to work in each environment and also grow your connections. During my time at Trinity they added an optional extra day to our schedule to attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and an Open House Celebration. Important people from the community, including Denise Robinson from Loma Linda Hospital, was there. We were encouraged to attend and make connections. Trinity is very good at encouraging you to make connections and also providing opportunities for making those connections. Overall the team at Trinity prepared me well for my state test. I went in feeling nervous as everyone does but gained confidence because of the skills they had equipped me with. I could not be more thankful to the Trinity staff and all they have helped me accomplish. The people at Trinity and their program have helped me take a step forward in achieving my goals of one day becoming a nurse. I could not have wished for a better experience and would 100% recommend this program to anyone looking to start any of the programs they offer. Thank you again Trinity staff. Where to begin... The director of the school is very strict and emphasizes "being on time" yet she and the instructors are almost never on time! There is a lot of waiting around for someone to show up. The class schedule is not a schedule, there is a lot of bouncing around and changes in the clinical schedule. It's kind of all over the place. They tell you one thing then change it last minute. Class was even cancelled one day. Very unorganized. They tell you the course is 30 days, then they add on "mandatory" days that aren't even on the schedule. There is a lot of driving involved to get to the clinical site (all the way in Hemet from Murrieta). No, it's not far but I chose Murrieta because it is local to me and close to home. I did not expect to drive 40 minutes to well over an hour with traffic to attend class. The new clinical instructor is gone half the time, and you can't find him when you need something. I did not have a pleasant experience here. I'm sure many of my classmates can agree. There was another instructor, she was awesome, but she left. Clinical went from a well-organized, positive learning environment to crap really quickly. The only good part was the theory portion of this course. The theory instructor and the first clinical instructor were awesome. I learned a lot from their lectures and class activities. If I pass my state exam it is because of the time I spent with them. One of the "mandatory" days was a mock skills day, to practice skills for the state exam and no one even showed up to guide the class. It was a waste of time, I learned more watching online videos then going to campus to "practice in the lab" I pray that my future nursing school experiences come nowhere close to this one! Rant over. But SERIOUSLY look into your options. If I were to do it all again, I would take my money elsewhere. read more

I am so happy I attended Trinity Health Academy to start my nursing career. I wasn't sure which schools to attend but I was glad I found Trinity. I choose Trinity because they are an accredited school through California Department of Public Health. I wanted to make sure I was going to a legitimate school. The staff is really nice and goes above and beyond to prepare you for the CNA licensing test. Mrs. Price and Mrs. Wright were awesome in helping me throughout the theory portion of the program. One person that really helped me immensely was the clinical instructor Mr. Miller. I cannot thank him enough. He was always there for our class and gave us the confidence to assist with our clinical patients. He was always encouraging us to go further in our nursing career and guided us in the specific path we wanted to specialize in. 2 years down the road, I can still call him with any questions I have and he is always there. My experience with the Trinity Academy CNA program has been great! From day one, Mrs. Flores with her infectious personality, greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel right at home. Trinity Health Academy is an amazing school! They really care about their students and provide all the knowledge they have into making sure their students succeed! I just completed my CNA course at Trinity Health Academy. The school and Mrs. Wright were amazing. They took the time to make sure each and every student becomes successful. Mrs. Wright helped me in so many ways as well as the other students. She even helped prepared us for our future courses. She gave us advices, guidance, and she was always there when we needed help. She was very experienced, educated, and patient. We could tell that she values her students and have a passion for teaching. I met really amazing people in my class and we all became friends. Absolutely incredible school. I am so glad I chose THA to get my CNA. They are extremely organized and proactive in the success of ALL students. You can tell right away that the staff cares you. I love this program! I just graduated from the CNA program which was about 2 months. They really want you to pass, and Mrs Wright has a lot of connections and great advice about the nursing field. A misleading website and conflicting information regarding the CNA Program is the reason for the 1 star review. Please read through everything thoroughly and ask lots of questions before paying for this program especially if you are new to the field. Trinity can do a better job of streamlining their program instead of rushing students through to earn a buck. Not a great experience! read more
