Terrible parking lot…read more We visited the chuancy shopping mall for some Chinese food at FuLam. We parked at the parking lot and stayed there for an hour. The parking lot was pretty empty. After we ate, we walked across the street to get coffee. The coffee shop was right across the street and it took 30 seconds to get there from Chuancy Shoping Mall. In just 10 mins, we came back with coffee and didn't find our car!! We called the Chuancy Shoping Mall customer services and they said they towed our car because we were not there 100% of time!! The Jr's towing and Recovery was the company that towed our car. Google review says it is a predatory towing services, which is so true. We got there and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and aggressive. She insisted that we needed to pay the tow fees before we even approached our car and make sure that was our car. I have never had such an experience. Please be warned!

He was in each isle we were in, then my friend said they were down an isle so I look down the aisle. Seeing a worker instead made me feel embarrassed. As we continued to look around, the worker then approached us saying how we are disrespectful and how we were mocking her yawn. That is not the case I didn't even know she yawned and wouldn't let us talk at all. We tried to explain ourselves and how we saw a man that made us uncomfortable yet she didn't care. I personally don't think it was professional and very uncalled for, for her to speak this way to my friends and I when we are mature enough not to do that to someone.
