I can't say enough about Trinity Vapor Lounge. Sherwin was incredibly friendly and helpful when I knew nothing about the details of what I was buying. He makes his own (very good) juices which he sat and took a while to help me find just what I was looking for. The selection was pretty good as well, and from the looks of their social media pages, it's grown quite a bit in the last few months since I've visited. They have everything from beginners set ups and to mechs, DNA30 mods, and a number of RDAs to choose from, as well as other supplies you may need. Whether you're a newbie or a cloud chaser, this place has what you need. This is a top notch establishment and probably my favorite vape store in the area. I drove up from Atlanta to visit a friend and heard really good things about this shop so I decided to head up there. When I walked in the shop I was welcomed by the employees. They greeted me and immediatly began to help me with my needs. They have a wide variety of nice gear between authentics and starter kits. Their juice was made in house and the flavors were awesome. I would highly recommend trying their juices. The flavors were very complex and had a wide variety to choose from. Their customer service was second to none. The shop had awesome features that made being there cozy for hanging out. They had old school video games that brought me back to childhood. I recently moved to Raleigh from Sacramento CA and found this shop via a Yelp search. Trinity is, hands down, the best vape shop I have visited. The shop itself, the staff, and the juices are all top-notch. I have been in twice now since moving to town, and spoke with Sherwin the first time and Mike the second time. Both were friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. The juices are all fantastic, reasonably-priced, and aimed at a more mature vaping audience. In addition to the amazing vape services, this place also has local and seasonal beers available, a pool table, old-school arcade games, and great music playing. Great experiences here. I was sent to them by a competing shop, that says something. Good selection of quality e-liquid and hardware, no clones here. Sherwin, Mike and Fraank are friendly and experienced. They cater to both beginners and experienced vapors. On my first visit I was looking for something new, a flavor I hadn't tried already. I found "Gimlet" and haven't looked back since. I'm also a huge fan of "Afternoon Delight", "Aqua Fresca", and "Sparkle". More often than not something will be on special which is nice if you're looking to save a few bucks. This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I first came here a couple years ago when I started vaping and they were super helpful and knowledgeable about not only their products but almost all products in the industry. Great vapor shop in the 5 points area. Flavors are very unique, very good and everything is priced very well. The owners of the shop are excellent and helpful. If you request a flavor, they are more than willing to create it for you. The tasting room has a warm feel to it with the flavors grouped based on what area of the palate they hit. If you're looking for a new vapor shop experience, Trinity is the place to go. I will definitely be returning. The only cons are parking, and it is easy to miss as the entrance is a single door which you walk upstairs to the shop. read more

I have been to most of the vapor stores in the area, but Trinity is the only one I care to visit now. It's well worth the drive from my house. The staff is always very friendly and exceptionally helpful. All of their juice is made in house and I've yet to find a flavor I don't like. My wife and I found this shop by searching local vape shops. They have a great selection of custom made blends and they are all full of flavor. I recently switched to Vaping from cigarettes, I tried juices from different vendors and shops and I wasn't really enjoying vaping, when I visited trinity and tried their juice I loved the flavour and it took my vaping experience to next level. The guy that helped my boyfriend and I , answered all of our questions, let us try as many flavors as we wanted, showed us how to use our vapes and was super sweet. They have a bar, pool tables and arcade style games to keep you occupied if you there is a small wait or if you just want a cool place to vape and hang.
