Pros: The place is clean, looks nice and the staff seem friendly Cons: The staff here, while they come off friendly they also seem to be in a big rush. I appreciated being seated fast and once I was they put two ladies on me, one on my feet and one on my hands. The woman that did my manicure just sped through it and it looks awful. I got gel polish and it is full of air bubbles due to her being in an extreme hurry. It was hard to tell right after she did it but the more the polish dried and settled the more air bubbles appeared. Plus this was the second try. The first time she messed up my thumb nail, it was totally lumpy and she blamed it on the top coat. She buffed all the nails rather than just the thumb only and repainted them and so they are all full of air bubbles. The lady that did my pedicure barely cut my toenails and she upsold me on the deluxe pedicure. Some of it was nice but for the most part she was hurting me A LOT! She thought she was massaging my feet but to me it felt like the hulk was trying to rip my feet off of my body. They asked me approximately 30 times if I wanted my eyebrows done and I kept saying no. I don't really like getting my eyebrows done because I have had issues with them growing back. One no should have been enough! For the price I paid I am really dissatisfied and I will not be returning. I think you can see the air bubbles in the pictures I took. read more

All I needed was a fill in & 2 nails, I got a simple yellow color with matte because I am looking for a new nail home & A nail artist can't hide behind a matte finish or yellow. Yellow is a thin color that looks lumpy with too many coats, which is why many artists usually do white then yellow. I give it 2 stars because it's presentable from a distance. However, it is flooded to my cuticle, unevenly painted & lumpy. Also the shape isn't crisp, I had to go back in & ask for it to be filed. I think this shop works for a mature customer looking for pedicures, but if you are younger & looking for a nail home for designs & clean work, this isn't it. read more

I will start off by saying that this salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've been doing my own nails at home for a while and decided to try SNS after my coworker had raved about it. I got a nice light pink color and liked it a lot, but it cracked by day 8. For $50, I had hoped they would last longer than just over a week. I kept the SNS for about 2 weeks and then just couldn't deal with it anymore so I went to get them removed and switch back to gel (peachy color in picture). The tech who took care of me was very friendly and professional, but she seemed to be rushing through my gel manicure, leaving polish in my cuticles and the gel top coat had bubble marks all over, which for $40 should NOT happen. Maybe I just went on off days, but I didn't really feel like I got my $100 worth from either manicure. I'm happy that there's a nice nail salon in Tucker and I've seen that they have done beautiful nails based on their website and social media. I felt that the quality of nail treatments I received were not worthy of the prices I paid and unfortunately, I will not be returning and will stick to doing my nails at home. read more

Went for the first time today and was told to sit down immediately. However, no one came to do my nails (or check in) for over 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark I finally stood up and had to awkwardly ask someone what the wait would be and they said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. It would have been nice to know that it was at least a 40 minute wait when I first walked in. Update: Trio invited me to come back and were very kind! Kimmy did a great job on my gel manicure. So for my daughters upcoming birthday I treated her to a manicure and pedicure. We happened to see this place so I stopped there. The place looks nice and clean and we were greeted right away and they do social distances so that a plus. So here's my beef, as I'm soaking my feet in warm water my tech comes over and starts to work on me. Keep in mind that work back and forth from left to right foot, So she starts on one foot and take her time like it's her baby but when she gets to the next foot it's like she's in a rush so it doesn't get the same treatment as the other foot, and this goes on for the whole treatment. I didn't want to ruin my daughter days because I was about to vent like nobody's business, but I kept a filter over my mouth. So after the mismatch treatment of my feet, she goes and does the same thing for my hands. I was so hot another tech looked over at me as asked are you ok, No I'm not I wanted to say but my daughter was all smiles so I shut it down. I know we were told our left and right sides are Different but come on, different treatments for the same body parts no no no. I'm good I won't be going back that's for sure read more

Instead of recommending that, I get a new set of nails they gave me a fill, which broke an hour after my appointment when I went back the guy said he would charge me for a new set. This place is really nice and new on the inside. They do a decent job with nails,toes and eyebrows. But they are always rushing you in and out you can barely relax. They charge when your getting acrylic for clipping your cuticles $10 extra dollars. I have never seen that before and I have been to other salons in the area no one is charging for this I told the owner this and she said everyone charges for it. I went to another business a week later and no charge and they took care of my cuticles for free. Parking is also a challenge they are located in downtown Tucker so parking most times is limited. So I gave them 4 stars instead of five. read more

I really don't enjoy posting negative reviews but figured this was an exception. I went in on a weekday morning to treat myself to a pedicure and wanted to support a local business on tuckers Main Street. They seated me right away and the staff was friendly enough. I was pushed in to getting the "Deluxe Pedicure" after my nail tech insisted the exfoliation was worth it. Unfortunately, my nail tech wasn't paying close attention/talking with other staff at the same time and managed to scrub a lot of my skin completely off with the hard exfoliating "sponge", resulting in me bleeding quite a bit. Now I know accidents happen, and of course it wasn't intentional, but she remained less than gentle and even put some exfoliating scrub into the cut despite me asking her to avoid the area. This cut has since become infected and I can't even walk on my foot due to pain. I paid full price for the service although would have appreciated a discount on account of the injury I received. read more
