This moving company is terrible. My "glass half full" belief is that they are just incompetent. A more realistic take is that they are dishonest, intentionally providing quotes they know to be inaccurate and then jacking up the price after items are loaded on the truck. A moving company has a few things they need to do: Quote, pack, deliver. I had issues on all three. **Quote** I received a quote of $2,609.60, I ended up paying $6,000.46. They were off by 130%. Triple 7 will say this is because the volume estimate was wrong. This is correct, but they came up with the volume estimate after asking me "how much stuff do you have?" No video walk through or anything. Keep in mind, I told them the square footage of my apartment and I didn't have heavy furniture like a bed or mattress. None the less, their quote was off by more than 2x. I think this was intentional. Because after doing this they were able to increase every cost by 130%. Packing, delivery, shuttle service (which was literally a uhaul). When the foreman arrive on the premise, I asked him, "Do you think your volume estimate is correct." He said, "Yes, you don't have that much stuff." After all of the stuff was loaded on the truck, he let me know the estimate was off by more than 2x. At this point everything was packed and on the truck. There was nothing I could do. It's an effective cash grab. I'm sure Triple7 will say this is my fault. Many have filed complaints with the BBB, and Triple7 always blames the consumer (https://www.bbb.org/us/nv/las-vegas/profile/moving-companies/triple-7-movers-1086-79571/complaints). **Delivery** Triple7 gives a 2-day window for pickup. This is super inconvenient, and unique to Triple7. Delivery is worse. They give a window between 2-30 days. When a mover has all of your stuff, I don't know how you are supposed to plan around this. Even worse, they are not forthright about how much notice you will receive prior to delivery. So you have to be ready to drop everything for them on 24 hours notice during that entire window. For me this ended up being +2 weeks. Towards the end of the first week they said they would deliver the next week. When I called the next week they said it'll be the next. When they arrived in a Uhaul, it was clear that they did not care about my stuff. See the picture below. My bike was just tossed on the pile, a lamp shade cracked, and the TV stored upside down. They also gave me one last surprise fee. Included in my quote was 1 flight of stairs. I live on the second floor, but triple 7 considers a flight of stairs 10 stairs. Another $75 out of my pocket that wasn't in the original quote. **Packing** Everything from the kitchen was packed super well. All of the people doing the packing were very nice. However, when I opened the boxes that were not packed in the kitchen it was clear that they assembled the biggest boxes they could and just tossed everything in. Even fragile decor pieces were tossed in boxes with no padding. Needless to say, I have many broken items. The packing service is advertised as "white glove," it certainly is for the kitchen. Not for everything else, beware. **Overall** Needless to say, I don't recommend this moving company. As soon as they had my stuff and deposit they stopped being friendly. Regulations give them up to a month to deliver. These regulation are written as the longest a moving company can take before the customer can take legal action. Triple7 interprets this as a reasonable delivery window, they told me this multiple times. read more

o long story short, we had the movers from 777 scheduled Sunday at 8-9am for pickup, didn't show up until after 2pm which pushed our move an entire day with little to no communication, just a few texts at 9am after they were scheduled to arrive saying they were going to be late due to another move running over, They did not let me know the night before as they could have. Dispatch said they aren't "allowed" to text customers that late. Id rather know at 9pm you're not showing up to your scheduled move rather than 9am when you're already late. Had them scheduled for overnight stay in Reno and 8-9am delivery, (which cost us $2880 for travel with the overnight) just received a text at 6:24 that they are just leaving Las Vegas and won't arrive until after 2-3pm today. Having to reschedule the others we had scheduled for today again because we had to reschedule them all on Sunday. Once the guys finally arrived (Israel, June's, Emmanuel and Miguel who were our actual movers) they cut down the allotted 7.5 hours of allotted time to pack up the truck down to 3 hours.. But hey, they were quick when they got there. Honestly the lack of respect for our time and scheduling during a huge transition for us has been unacceptable. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE :( If I could leave zero stars I would. SEE IMAGES Yesterday I received a truck load of damaged and/or destroyed furniture. To make matters worse, it's the lack of care from the team. No one takes accountability. Management will not get on the phone. I was in shock. My daughter's furniture took the worse hit. You can see NO CARE was taken in shipment of my belongings. Unfortunately, the company had already demonstrated a few red flags. on moving day the price was increased by 70% / $1400 and no one was available to discuss. I was offered an estimate including my 2 beds, at pick up the 2 items turned into 10 total items and $$$ increased big! the card reader wasn't working day of pick up - told me pay cash only at delivery. Before delivery in CA it took 7 emails, 4 phone calls to get a manager to discuss $ increase. On delivery, they want cash upfront before you see your furniture. (Fine Bc I expected it to be good to go) AFTER broken furniture delivered, I said "I'm uncomfortable paying and I want to talk to someone" the mover "no one available" kept the money Next day ~ it's been 6 hours since I called and sent photos, management won't get on the phone with me. No word from them. I've been offered a link to file an insurance claim with 3rd party company but this will take time. Meanwhile, we have shattered glass items and damaged furniture in each room until this happens DO NOT HIRE. If they take responsibility, I will update that here. read more

I contracted this company and they were initially Full house Movers but I was advised by the coordinator that the new name is Triple 777 movers. I was quoted one price and went over my full inventory with the coordinator. I boxed my own items. On moving day I was hit with an new quote that was $2500 more. I was charged a packing fee for them wrapping furniture that was supposedly included in my quote. I had no other option but to pay them since my move out was set in stone with my building and flight arrangements. So I had to take a loss by selling and giving away expensive furniture and items on the spot just to get my price down to an extra a$1500 instead $2500. For that alone I would NEVER rebooked this company. The plus side, the coordinator Haley was wonderful, and they offer storage on your items for up to one month for free( at least that's what the offered me.) They did try to charge me for it later but Haley had them removed the charge. When I gave my available date my items we're transferred from California to Louisiana in good time. Literally working the week and it was all accouned for. However the dishonesty of the price on that scale doesn't sit right with me. So I can not recommend this company. Unless you don't mind upcharges over $2000 at the last minute. read more

Triple 7 moved us from Vegas to Missouri... I left a 5 star review for Vegas team. I know it's a long move and they try to pack as tightly as possible, but it resulted in what I feel was careless damages. Dresser edges broken off, scratches on nightstands, deep giant scratches on patio table and numerous crushed boxes (marked fragile) with broken items inside. I did not opt for insurance which was outrageously priced so I did not bother complaining. My experience was with Midwestern Movers out of Ohio, this company and MM are owned by the same people. Unfortunately both companies have terrible customer service in regards to any attempts to speak with management. I hired this company towards the end of January, they had a deadline of 2/24 to deliver my belongings. On 2/6/23 I received a calling saying my belongings were loaded up and out for delivery and that I'd have them in 10 days. On 2/10 I learned the truck was broken down and they were waiting on a part. On 2/13 I learned there was still no response from the driver and it would be escalated to a manager if there was no resolve that day. Following 2/13 I called multiple times and was purposely ignored (they have caller ID). When I politely asked to speak to a manager I was questioned as to why. When I asked what the company was going to do to make it right, I was reminded they were still within contract. Attempts to contact the Ohio office were unsuccessful. I eventually did some digging and learned they own a Nevada company also. On 2/23 (the day before they were contractually expected to deliver my belongings) I called the Las Vegas office because I still had NO ETA. Through that office I was able to learn it would be another 5-7 days. The delivery was finally made on 2/27, which is where I learned from the driver that the dispatch knew his truck was broken down before he even left the dock. I was lied to and ignored. My belongings were mishandled and some were damaged. I was also overcharged. One box that is clearly labeled as medium was charged as a large. I was charged twice for one box. Unfortunately I've not been able to communicate that because a manager will not take the time to return my phone call despite my patient attempts. For being a "family owned and operated company," they lack values and customer service integrity. Despite being warned about brokers and their "bait and switch," this company pulled a similar stunt by not including all the items I listed on the inventory. My cost was over $1000 more on the day of. The team that showed up to disassemble and load my belongs up were great. The team that arrived to unload and reassemble everything were also good. Daisy in Customer Service in their Las Vegas based moving company (same owners) is great. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Aside from the three good interactions, every other person I interacted with was terrible. They simply DO NOT care about the customer. Save yourself the hassle and rent a UHaul and simply pay a team to help load and unload. read more

The entire team was tremendous. Crispin and the team arrived at 8am on the dot and just busted their butts to pack the truck while still being careful of our belongings. The entire move was spectacular and the guys were so helpful staging everything in our new place. It was HOT. Summer in Vegas is brutal and our tent a m acted like it was a cool fall day. Book this company. It cost us a third of what "2 men and a truck" quoted (the national brand) and was worth every cent and more. I would also add that our move took 5 hours. No hidden costs on delivery. They brought five guys to load up the truck and carefully wrapped everything we hadn't boxed.
