Wow!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE. I called these guys and left four messages... Nobody returned any of my phone calls over a two-week period, I finally got Christopher to answer the phone today on May 20 around 10:45 AM... He told me they were busy, and He understood my frustration for them not returning my phone calls... And suggested that I buy a trailer from somewhere else, that is exactly what I will do I understand the issues with supply chain, lead times etc.... But what a pissy attitude!!! This attitude must run throughout the entire organization because nobody called me back I would NEVER have Christopher in a customer-facing role in ANY BUSINESS. And you could NOT MELT AND POUR ONE OF THESE TRAILERS ON ME !!! read more

IMMEDIATE PROBLEMS AND CONTINUED PROBLEMS! This is NOT what should be expected from a "warranty".   This isn't what should be expected from customer service or customer satisfaction.  Their website states "Our company is dedicated to providing the very best quality products and service. Happy customers is our number one goal! We strive to be the best in the industry and innovate our products."  But I have learned otherwise.   They will not stand behind their products.    Do not be fooled.  Do not waste your money.  Do not patronize this company.  Shop somewhere else. I purchased a BBQ Trailer from this company in July 2020.  Upon its arrival, many of the screwheads that hold the trimwork on had popped off and more popped off after only a couple of uses.  Clearly a manufacturing defect.  And other issues were noted like during a rain, the window had a serious leak to the inside of the trailer.  Their "warranty" and solution to my problem was to ship me additional screws and some caulk.  To be fair, I could have driven the trailer 2.5 hours one way, dropped it off to be repaired, drove 2.5 hours back home and make a second 5+ hour trip to pick it up.  I would be out of income for the time it was away.  It would be my time and gas to deliver and pick up the trailer with no compensation from the company. This last week, the serving shelf collapsed.  I was thankful no children were standing under or around it.  It is completely useless now.  So I again called to speak to someone above the "Warranty manager". This person happens to be the general manager.  Got his voicemail but the mailbox was full.  The lady took a message and told me she would tell him about my message when he returned from lunch.  After 5 or so calls, I'm told he comes and goes as he pleases and would not be in that afternoon and they could not tell me when he would return to work. Their website claims they have the best prices and customer satisfaction. I'm in the market for a trailer and have tried to contact this company in every humanly possible way. They advertise with three phone numbers and I've tried all three of them several times....... no answer. Submitted a request online for the trailer I'm in need for....... no answer. I don't know what is the purpose of advertising a product if you are not going to tend to the customers. Makes no sense. After this experience, even if they answered back with the best offer, I wouldn't buy from them because I would be afraid of "customer service" after the sale. Trying to buy a concession trailer. They have the best prices, but the worst customer service. I have emailed, and called multiple times, and the 3 different numbers on the site. I was able to leave a VM one of the times for Ralph, but no response from my 3 emails, or VM. All 3 of the numbers just ring, and ring, and ring. To bad, I need a trailer soon. I guess, I'll pay more for the same thing, and get someone to return my call. read more

The trailers are terribly built they take no pride in what they do according to the way the trailer I bought was built. They get 0 stars for the product they put out very disappointing but yelp makes you have to put at least 1 star to post. Definitely go elsewhere if you are wanting a trailer. read more

I'm in the market for an enclosed trailer and one from Triple A Trailers caught my eye. I tried to purchase the trailer while talking the the sales rep "Ralph". In summary, "Ralph" was extremely hard to reach by email, on 2 occasions it required several days and repeated requests to get a reply. I attempted to reach them by phone, calling 8-9 times. No one ever answered the phone. I asked "Ralph" if the 5 week quoted lead time was real, his reply was: "Our build time is 4 weeks and that's the best we can do. We are wide open and would hate to tell you something and not be able to get the results. Thanks for considering us. Ralph at Triple A Trailers". My interpretation of this is "I don't want your business". After several emails asking how to place the order, he has not replied 3 days later. This concerned me and I looked up the company online. It's all smoke and mirrors, there is nothing online that indicates who the owners are nor any business information. It begs the question "why is that"? Could they be hiding something? There's no way I would give a company like this my credit card information for a start-build fee. I then reached out to Southern Trailer. Received a quote within hours, changed several things and they resent the quote twice within hours. Called the sales rep (Ennis), who answered 1st try and one other time after that. I read their online reviews and found they were answered by officers of the company. Less than 24 hours after my first email, Southern Trailer has a signed build agreement with deposit in hand. Find out for yourself, do a search on Triple A Trailers and see what you find. read more

They are extremely busy upon reopening this summer due to the high demand from COVID-19 just like every business that had to par down, but service was exceptional considering working with a lean level of staff members and extraordinary pent up demand.
