Well manager, that was because my experience was So bad I deleted my account and took my name off…read morethe list. All stylist saw me come in and no one greeted or acknowledged. It was Saturday March 28th around 3pm. There was the Assnt manager standing in the corner with a ball cap on chatting with a stylist the whole time. Also there was a male trainee standing behind another stylist as she I assume was training him. I've been a customer for many years but have had it with unreliable customer relations and overpriced services. It's just a haircut. And they can't even care enough to get that right. Or even say Hello... welcome be right with you etc.
