Super surprised at that and super impressed! He inspected our roof and patched a small leak we knew had just appeared and informed us we were definitely in need of a new roof. We were able to see pictures he had taken of the roof and were surprised it had held up this long. We needed to wait to have a new roof put on as our cabin rental season was approaching and had no available repair dates. June rolled around and we knew we had to schedule the new roof install as the patch that Cade had placed was failing after a severe thunderstorm. I was in a bit of a panic thinking our time line was short for the install and not knowing if Cade could fit us in. After connecting with him by phone we settled on a date and a 2 day install. Fortunately the weather held and the job was completed in short order. I can not say enough good things about Cade and his company.
