Jim was a very personable and knowledgeable sort who went above and beyond to get us a unit installed. He worked with our budget and was kind enough to let us split the bill into two payments, even let me pick the day so I could line it up with payday. They did an incredible job getting the unit put into the wall safely and even made it look aesthetically pleasing, too!
