A window she installed has cracked and she refuses to honor the warranty. Stay away, typical south Florida incompetence.

Buyer beware of this company. In July of 2018, I ordered PGT windows and a sliding glass door. This company will take your deposit and promise to install within six weeks. That does not happen. They do not respond to your phone calls, text or emails. When you ask for their insurance and license information, they send you expired documents. When you try to find out an explanation for this, they do not respond. It's been a nightmare. Finally, they sent me a current document for insurance and license, but the license was for a different company under a different name. I contacted the person that was licensed and insured, he said he would help me and he did. Five months later Triple Diamond sent two men to my home to do the work, not only did they not have a permit, but they also did not have the correct size door. The same two men came back the next week, again no permit. I told them to leave. I called Triple Diamond, no response. I contacted the licensed person again, told him what happened and again he said he would help. This time he contacted a company that finally got the job done. I would highly recommend Anchor Redevelopment not only for installation of windows and doors, but for any other project you may be thinking about doing.
