Be wary when scheduling with this company as they have just recently cancelled an appointment that i've scheduled on my day off. I work M-F 9-5 and as a busy landloard, it can impact a whole week of scheduling when something as short as a 30 minute consultation visit (i asked about the length of the visit) does not happen when you want it to happen. 30 minutes! I will surely be contacting my management company to tell them about my experience. I would be more receptive of the cancellation if their hours were better or in order to right their wrong, see me a little beyond their normal hours after work. Clearly some coaching in scheduling/customer experience and engagement needs to be done here.

This quaint but beautiful shop is located in an assuming plaza in West Rouge. The owner, Sarah, is a consummate professional with eyes for details and she has arranged countless beautiful bouquets for my family and friends. I only wish I still had photos of all the arrangements I've gotten from Sarah over the years to show just how beautiful her arrangements are. She has gorgeous, rare flowers she expertly crafts into one of a kind bouquets and over the years, she started carrying other locally hand-crafted items such as soy candles, bath products, gourmet foods and other items that are perfect for that last minute gifts. I have personally tried out some dips, candles, shower scents, teas and they were all excellent quality. I look forward to having Sarah's shop in our area for many more years to come and I highly encourage anyone who has not been to this shop to come check out this West Rouge gem.
