Zak or Dustin does the monthly maintenance to make sure it always looks beautiful. It's sounds truly amazing and is definitely a relaxing oasis and a nice escape from the rest of the world. Not only did Rose Turf and Grounds immediately respond to my questions about availability and pricing, but their prices were very fair and they were available to complete the work in less than 5 days. The team showed up the day of and did an awesome job, explained exactly what I need to do and not do for the next few weeks, when/how much to water the grass, etc. They also marked all the sprinklers for me so they could avoid them while aerating, which I didn't even think to do. They even moved all my kids toys and play sets off the grass and onto the patio (I totally forgot to do that before you came (thank you so much for doing that without me even asking). Rose Turf and Grounds absolutely gave me an awesome experience and I will be coming back to them for any yard work I need in the future because of it. Thank you so much, definitely recommend!

I kept up the watering as instructed and the new grass came in after about 21 days. Lawn looks much better. Now that spring is here the front lawn looks great. A few weeds came in which is expected in a new lawn, but will be taken care of when the dry weather comes back. Over all I am happy with the results.

Let me tell you how awesome Jakob was when giving me a quote on a sprinkler system install…read more.. First, he showed up 15-20 minutes early!! Huge plus. But he was also respectful in texting me before he arrived to make sure it was ok. My time is valuable so of course it was ok. We walked the property. He asked questions!! (What a concept!) He asked about my current landscaping so he could accurately place the location of the sprinkler heads. We went inside the house so he could check the plumbing to make sure my water pressure was adequate. My PSI is a little too high and he explained that that could end up breaking the heads or causing water to spurt out. So we're having that part replaced. He made sure that the water lines would go outside like they're suppose to. He also recommended calling MUD to look into replacing the water meter due to it being so old. I've never had a sprinkler system before and never had one installed so I had questions. He answered them and explained the different control boxes and features so I could make a good decision. He went to his truck to write up the quote and gave me a design showing where the heads would go. We went over both options. Both options were cheaper than Millard Sprinkler. (I suggest you go read my review for Millard Sprinkler). We even discussed the time frame for how long it takes to get on their schedule. As an added bonus, I had a brain cramp and left the gate open while we walked the backyard and then went inside. My dogs went outside thru their doggie door and out the open gate. 2 Shiba pups and an older Shiba. After I corralled the older one, Jakob even helped coax Gus into the backyard so I could go get the other 2. It may not seem like much, but it was a huge help. Shibas are stubborn and Gus isn't any different. Jakob holding the gate open and helping to talk Gus thru the gate pretty much ended the decision-making process!! They were almost $2,000 less than Millard Sprinkler anyway when comparing just the sprinkler install but it kept me from wanting to call other companies to get another quote! I'm looking forward to Quality Irrigation installing my new system
