First, as others have written, the Tarte Flambe is excellent. The vibe in Binchstub is excellent too. It's just filled, intimate, and everyone is pleasant because they are enjoying good food and drink. Also, the service was awesome. I wish I had got the woman's name behind the bar but she even acknowledged wanting to make it a great experience for everyone there. Binchstub made my one night in Strasbourg even better.
