Good people and good coffee. Staff try and learn your name. Love that it opens earlier then 7. Outside seating is nice for warm days.

Quality drinks made by an awesome family! Their coffee is smooth and not too sweet, and located in such a cool historic building!

It's located right next to a bank and another business, so the area feels a bit busy, and the parking lot is a little tricky to navigate. The inside of the shop is very inviting, though I'll say the customer service could use some improvement. When you walk in, there's a kiosk where you place your order. We ordered four iced coffees (nothing fancy) and one hot coffee, and it took about 20 minutes for everything to be ready. When we went up to ask about our order, we realized our drinks had actually been sitting there for a while, our name just hadn't been called. Because of that, the whipped cream and cold foam on the iced coffees had melted more than they should have. The coffee itself was really good. I enjoyed it a lot and could taste the clean, quality brew. My one complaint is the to-go hot cups, they weren't sturdy at all. My husband's cup actually crumbled and spilled on him a few times, to the point where he gave up trying to drink it.

The coffee was good and the omelette and hash browns fantastic. Golden potatoes tasted just right. The toast is awesome as well because it comes with butter melted into it. What I didn't foresee was that the ramp didn't lead directly to the restaurant. We went from the ramp into something like a storage closet. The turn from the ramp to the room was so tight that I basically had to do a three point turn to get her through the door. Then we had to get through a glass door, walk down a hall and THEN through to door to the restaurant. I seriously needed a rest after that trek. If my mom had been using her walker, she would not have made it into the restaurant. Once through the door though, we were cheerily greeted and seated. We had our drinks within a few minutes and a few minutes after that, we were ready to order. My mom ordered the fish sandwich and I got the Miss Calee burger. That was two mistakes in a row. The fish was overdone and a little hard. It was supposed to come with tartar sauce but it didn't. I would have asked for some but my mom didn't tell me until later. I don't think she ate half of her sandwich. My burger was definitely not much better. The patty was dried out and a hard. The dressing almost non existing - I did ask for more which helped a little but couldn't save the sandwich. I'm grew up in Pittsburgh and have lived in Alabama for 25 years. I am no stranger to slaw on my sandwiches. This slaw just didn't cut it - not even close. We both upgraded and had fries instead of chips. The fries saved the meal from being a complete disaster. I think the most telling sign about the food is that we left over half our meal and didn't bring the leftovers home for my dad. He will eat ANYTHING but in this case, it wasn't worth wasting a to-go box. Back to the handicapped accessibility - I took my mom to the restroom. It was barely large enough to get in chair in and there was absolutely no way possible to maneuver it in there. I keep calling her chair a "wheel" chair - it is actually a transport chair. It's much smaller than a traditional wheelchair. A regular wheelchair would have had problems getting around. Two positives, the prices were quite reasonable and I don't think there was a single employee without a smile. I wouldn't mind coming back one morning to try breakfast but I definitely won't be bringing mom.

Now I understand that you each have a station but why don't we just stand around and watch the line grow longer and the people more frustrated while they wait knowing you could easily pick up a cup and help. Meaning, no matter what time you did your mobile order, the drive through and cafe orders trump your mobile order, I stood in the store for 13 minutes waiting for my mobile order. I had sent my mobile order at 6:45 and received it at 7:02 Is this a joke? Would definitely recommend going to a different location, with more welcoming efficient staff.

It was utter chaos, so packed, to no fault of the employees. I felt bad for them. It has to be hard to keep up with orders when you're busy like that. There were a few soups available but none really enticed me. Mom went for the soup and half sandwich meal. She chose the pepperjack tomato soup and a half Reuben. She really didn't care for the soup and the Reuben she deemed just "okay". I opted for the ruffle salad and added chicken salad. The salad was large and had a wide variety of typical salad accouterments while the chicken salad was full of cranberries and crunch. Really, it was nothing special, but with the thick housemade ranch dressing, it still was good. It was also large - I brought half of it home. Isaac's was a good change of pace for us. Next time I think I'll try one of their sandwiches. I'm pretty sure mom will skip the soup.

If she wants to stay in this business she will go far. If she chooses something else she will be successful. I have hired/fired, and mentored over the course of a long career in US DoD. This young woman has "it". More than a mere server, she was a guide to our experience. She was the one soul radiating for us (a mixed couple) any kind of welcome or joy that we had chosen her place of business. The other patrons I feel sorry for, not a smile in the bunch. Maybe they are going through terrible things, if so, I pray for their deliverance. Issues: This company needs to get a handle on their web presence, and their various names on various platforms. While there in town, we had difficulty determining where we were going, and which menu mattered. The "name" on our reciept is [Issac's Kraft Kitchen & Brewery]. That does not appear for this location. Not a big deal, but how many engagements are you missing by being "mysterious". My wife got a club (couldn't finish) and pesto tortellini salad. I got a buffalo chicken salad. All the food was well executed, not perfect but good enough at that price point. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Good place, would come here again if in the area.
