When I asked how much I owed him for taking the time and effort to review two years of returns he told me it was no charge. Sam spent at least a half an hour reviewing the returns. In my opinion, Sam is an ethical man. Though I did not actually have my returns done by Sam Income Tax, I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.
