I asked them if they could remove roots from a Royal Palm that is uprooted, close to sidewalk and not allowing the grass to grow and they were honest and told be they couldn't do it because it could possibly kill the Royal Palm and also they advised it could damage the sidewalk and sprinklers; someone else would have done it just to get paid and left us with a headache thereafter.
