Here's the good: free parking. Now for the rest. Starting with security--or the lack of it. The only visible security was a guy in a security uniform wandering around the "bistro" during breakfast and staring at guests. Other than that, anyone can walk into the lobby, onto the patio, into the bar, up the elevators, and onto the guest floors. No key access is required anywhere. The Wi-Fi situation is also concerning. There's a guest network, but there are also several suspicious room-linked networks showing up. Whether they're legitimate or not, it certainly doesn't inspire confidence. The lobby bistro was disappointing. The food was bland, watery, and overcooked. When I ordered tea, it arrived in a teapot with a broken handle. Not exactly the level of hospitality you'd hope for. The elevator didn't inspire confidence either. The doors began opening before the elevator had fully stopped at the floor, which felt more alarming than convenient. The room itself was pretty janky. A decorative scarf tossed across the bed seemed to be doing a lot of heavy lifting in the design department. The bathroom sink was missing the drain cover, the bed squeaked and creaked with every movement, and the walls were paper thin. We could clearly hear the TV from the neighboring room. There's only a few tv stations and no streaming options. The second floor was noisy overall, with parking lot sounds carrying late into the night and starting up again early in the morning. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep, lower your expectations. The pool and spa area were equally disappointing. The hot tub had food and something dark floating on the surface, and children were using it unsupervised. The view from the pool isn't relaxing either--unless freeway signs are your idea of scenic. What bothered me most was how misleading the photos are. The pool looks lovely online. The room photos show bathrobes that don't actually exist. The food photos displayed throughout the hotel look appetizing and polished, while the actual meals that arrive bear little resemblance to what's advertised. Overall, the photos sell a completely different experience than the one you'll actually get. Aside from free parking, I struggled to find much to recommend here.

If we have Yaamava bottled water we can bring that in. Otherwise I saw other people pouring their bottles into cups that are readily available at the security check in. I was having trouble downloading my ticket. The staff got a chair for my Veteran friend so she could rest while I panicked to get my tickets. Staff came to offer me help but it was just me having issues typing my password. Officer Cortez was truly an Angel. He's the one who helped my friend with a seat and he really tried to calm me down. I wish I could have thanked him AFTER I quit sweating and got in the venue. My friend bought me a soda because I needed it! The bartender was super friendly and sweet. We were there early enough so service was quick. We were in the far right, 3rd row. KUDOS to having no stairs for the bottom seating. Most venues you have to walk down to floor seats. There were plenty of staff to help with seating. The chairs were pretty comfortable. The rows had enough leg room. I'm 5'6" and I was comfortable. Some places my knees are pressed against the seat. I like that we had cup holders for all the seats. The venue seemed small enough that every seat was a good view. I thought I would be too far stage right but it was a great view. I didn't even need to look at the big screen because it was a better view seeing them live.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I paid for two nights expecting a clean,…read morenon-smoking environment, but the second night my room was completely filled with marijuana smoke. This made it impossible to relax or sleep, and I had no choice but to check out early. No guest should have to leave a hotel they paid for because the room is uninhabitable. What is even more concerning is that after looking at other reviews, I saw multiple guests reporting the same marijuana issue. This clearly shows it is an ongoing problem that management has not properly addressed. Although another room was offered, it was late at night and not reasonable to move, especially with my granddaughter. At that point, the damage to our stay was already done. A non-smoking hotel should enforce its policies and ensure guests are not exposed to smoke. I paid for a service that was not delivered. I am requesting a full refund for the night that was impacted, as well as the return of my deposit. This is the fair and reasonable resolution. If this is not handled appropriately, I will continue to escalate this matter and share my experience on multiple platforms.

It was up until Friday 8/2/2024 I was met by a women who already had signs of depression and a rude first in counter she was far from pleasant, looked at me like I was crazy, did not acknowledge my disability, her triggering my seizures to happen shortly after her and the very very very rude owner Sunny who told her don't accommodate my disability and told her he is not coming to help or accommodate me and his employee triggering me. He assumed it was me as I was recording her the whole time and her facial expressions. The ambulance came as I was having a seizure on days inn Property due to the owners and staff the owner Sunny came out and told my mom and friend after he seen me in a seizure and the medical staff right there he says " we are not renting to her" instead of apologizing his behavior, for his staffs behavior and asking am I ok that was his unprofessional response. Mind you there are other empty rooms available right next door too me. The people are very busy in the night. A lot of slamming doors, music playing, loud talking at 11pm. Hanging outside their room. Also I'm a single female. She gave me the most unsafe room in the far back where the street light doesn't work towards the rear of the parking lot. I'm just tired from hiking. It's in a nice area and there are a lot of options for food. The pool was small but since it was only a few of us in it, it wasn't bad plus the weather was so stinking hot having a pool was heaven. The room was nice I did have a stain on the carpet floor and the mattress & pillow could be a little more on the comfy side but it was still a decent room. The breakfast buffet everyday was delicious. We made our own waffles which is the BEST! I will come back to this hotel in the future.
