Then the second time I brought it in they said well we don't have a part need to be put on but we can drive it to Little Rock. We said absolutely not and we took it somewhere else to finish the job. But here's the BIG ISSUE. I had noticed a noise that I couldn't pinpoint what it was UNTIL a piece of my car that they didn't screw back on around the windshield flew off as we were driving!!! We took it back and they refused to fix it bc we didn't have a receipt even though they pulled it up on their computer showing when they worked on my car. They have horrible service, terrible workmanship and clearly will not help when they mess your vehicle up.

They first broke my engine cover because they don't even know how keep the engine hood standing. I showed it to the manager the manager told me I came with it. And showing me there is a mark in cover to prove it. I told them my cover was 100% ok. When your macanic broke my cover he moved the car from one place to other side of the garag where he tried to fix the windshield. The manager came with 1.50 cent and told me buy a screw to fix it. I don't what els damage they did when they use huge wooden block to keep my hood standing. Then they rip off my rubber in glass and told me they can't fix the glass. So now I have hood leak on my car in my convertible... I called the police they are not helpful. They said it's a civil matter I should go to court to charge them. I get out from other there and went to a friend workshop they pull my car up and saw the damage and we went to orally to buy parts. Sadly they don't have such expansive screws. So we buy some other type and tried to fix it. The macanic broke my all screw holes except one. Anyway my friend fixed all with some hooks. Even the Audi delership saws this. Because of them now I am having hood leak in my convertible. I do not recommend them for service. This people need to go to jail for cheating. I don't know who gave license to fix glasses

The service was fast and professional. I've never had any problem's with peeling or bubbles, very clean and smooth job. Also, the owner Bobby was there both times and in fact did both vehicles. They ran everything through my insurance and the staff was very friendly. Inside there was plenty of seating and free water and Keurig coffee with those little creamer cups in several flavors.
