As an amateur photographer in High School and college, I've developed an understanding of photography, and how important good technique AND good equipment is in the process. I've observed some sports photographers with what appears to be subpar photos, poor choices of location, inadequate lighting and more. While coaching basketball at the Lindbergh Athletic Association, I was forced to use Legends Sports Photography. Since I was coaching two teams, I had a lot on my plate. I was confused about my schedules and when I would have the opportunity to meet with photographers to get pictures of my teams. Legends was persistent and polite about scheduling. They sent emails with links and eventually made a personal call when I still hadn't responded. They didn't Try to make me feel guilty for being the last coach to schedule pictures, were polite and courteous and helpful in finding the right time for both my teams. Then what happened, both games on picture day is were snowed out! The season was wrapping up and I thought we would just have to give up. As the coach, I was more concerned about basketball then pictures. I thought that maybe some of the parents might be disappointed it wasn't terribly concerned and didn't want to go out of my way to try to reschedule as the season was almost over. The legends, once again we're helpful about sending emails and eventually calling me to set up a time that work for both of my teams. The pictures were shot, they look amazing, they were completed within two weeks, and as a coach I received a plaque with my team photo and appreciation certificate Mounted onto a wooden plaque. I called the head of the league and told him how kind it was for the league to pay for a gift for the coaches and was told that the league did not pay for it at all, but that it was a gift from Legends Sports Photography. As a coach I work very hard to balance coaching activities with the rest of my life. I spend money on my team and I spend time, and I get many thank you's from parents and a few from my team. Getting such a. Ice gift from a photographer that gets virtually nothing out of my efforts is something that is very impressive. To any coach or league supervisor in the St. Louis area, I offer my strongest recommendation for the use of Legends Sports Photography. Her style is very natural -- nothing feels or looks forced. Lots of great artistic photos of the room, environment, etc. She is great at organizing the wedding party and family to get through photos quickly so everyone can enjoy the reception. Josephine was just a fun person to have at our event, and went beyond her photographer duties to move everyone along and even carried and reminded me to refresh my lipstick :) My friends were raving about the photos and some said they had the best shot ever of them!

The first time I had no idea what to expect, this time I was helping a friend create fun photos for her dating profile. We had a blast! Jessa was amazing and we lucked out and had the whole place to ourselves. I loved the panel lights, those were not available at the other location. I have no idea if I was using them correctly, but I sure had fun pretending! They also had some really fun props and a fitting room, if you bring extra outfits for your photos which is a fantastic idea. End result, I have a new headshot for my LinkedIn, my friend has photos for her profile and we have a great memory of goofing around for an evening.

This is a fun place to come to with a group of friends or your children. There is a small parking lot and metered parking on the street. I had an awesome time at the Yelp event there. We had light appetizers, drinks and tie dyeing available. What a great way to have your very own photo shoot! They have several very playful staged areas for your photos. Go check them out when you are looking for something different to do.

He was courteous, helped me with a design, billed me correctly and called me back within a reasonable period of time. Matt was also on time to my venue and set up quickly. His props were in good condition and the photos (we upgraded to 4 x 6) were clear. He even helped me add my logo to the photos. There was no down time even though he explained that there could be but he is prepared to troubleshoot the equipment if needed. The ladies had a blast and asked me to invite him back. The only con in the process would be that the booth was small for a large group of people. However, I am not a judge of this because I have never been in a photo booth at an event before. After an initial consultation, we brought our little girl in for her newborn photo session at 9 days old. Laura worked wonders with her, got her into poses I didn't think possible for a newborn, was extremely patient and willing to take breaks. She created lifetime memories which we will have forever. She was FABULOUS, and we love our photos. Life threw us (and Erin) a curveball that we had to work around. Just six days prior to the wedding day, the bride tested positive for COVID! As two of our siblings have very young children and we did not want to endanger our older relatives either, we had to completely rethink how the photography would work in order to keep people safe but still allow us to celebrate family and remember the moment. Erin came through with several creative plans with only days of notice, using depth and spacing artfully to deliver really wonderful shots. Erin is very friendly and easy to work with. Our whole family loved her and she was able to make both our little nephews laugh and smile! Her services are very reasonably priced, she is flexible and willing to do a non-religious ceremony, professional, and knowledgeable. We immediately felt like we were in good hands and decided to book. We emailed and called before the event, planning specifically what the ceremony would entail. She was helpful in making suggestions, but also flexible in doing what we desired. She is very organized and lets you know what to expect. The day of, she arrived on time and did a few paperwork pieces as planned. She started the ceremony promptly and did everything perfectly! I was, to my surprise, crying practically the whole ceremony and she was very calming as she looked at me, breathed deeply, winked, and helped keep me grounded.
