My claim officer and I called multiple times, but the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. The Physician Assistant I saw, Alex Kazakov, has also been unreachable. I have been unable to continue my physical therapy for my injury as a result. Would definitely not recommend using this business, as they are unprofessional and unreliable.

It doesn't seem they have an office manager to guide them and it just seems everyone is doing their own thing. I walked in the first time and a patient was yelling and it didn't seem they knew how to handle and problem solve. The second time I went to get paper work that I called in advance to pick up and that still took 10 minutes. I went to the front explained what I needed and that I called before coming and she told me just to wait for the other girl. As I patiently waited the doctor not this provider but another was scolding the whole staff in the front then they team proceeded to start holding a conversation and continued to ignore the fact I was standing there. When they were completely done they turned to ask if someone was helping me... the visit wit the doctor was horrible , he didn't even bother to check me at all he said i don't know how to help you. And basically send me on my way and recommended PT and Ofcourse their own PT across the street. When I asked if I can have a follow up MRI he said no but they tried getting the auth and it got denied because they didn't give the right information to supposed it. I have been treating on &…read moreoff with Dr. de Moura and The New York Spine Institute for the past 10 years for chronic back pain caused by years of delivering mail for the US Postal Service but after getting injured at work (I couldn't sleep, sit, stand, walk, or do anything because my back hurt so much) Dr. de Moura said that we needed to do surgery (I had already tried Physical Therapy, Epidural Injections, Trigger Point Injections, Chiro, and none helped), he explained everything about the surgery in detail, answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves, the staff was so helpful with scheduling everything quickly and efficiently (I didn't have to do anything other than show up to my appointments). The whole process from booking the surgery to being released from the hospital was so smooth and effortless. I am now 3 weeks post-op and getting better every day, no more numbness and tingling shooting down my legs, no more crippling back pains (if you saw me at the store you wouldn't even know I just had major spine surgery 3 weeks ago!). My father also had surgery with Dr. de Moura almost 7 years ago (1 month before he turned 65) and after surgery he was finally able to ties his own shoes without help or pain, today he still says that Dr. de Moura is the best spine surgeon ever. Dr. de Moura has the hands of an angel, they are made to heal!
