We were having problems with our filtration system having no pressure. They stated they would come out on Monday, between, 10 AM and 10:30 AM. At 10:18 AM, the water man arrives. 1 hour later, all is beautiful---service charge $50.00. Further, they arrange to take care of my water system every 6 months and to contact us. Great service from the moment they answered the phone. Set a…read moredate and time to get a "free" estimate to run a sewer line and they were on time. The quote was very reasonable so once I gave them the ok, they came in at 8:15 in the morning like they said they would and every body got down to business. Job was done in 2 days. We did have a little "hiccup" but Mr Castro made it right, right away. Over all, I am very happy and pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
