OneStop Plumbers - Plumbing & Leak Detection

They explained everything clearly and were honest and fair about the work and the cost. Great customer service, great attitudes, and excellent work overall. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

    AccuServe Plumbing & Drain

AccuServe absolutely came through when I needed it…read more I had an active leak that initially looked like a washer ABS drain issue but turned out to be a hot water PEX supply line failure inside the wall. I had already opened the ceiling and walls to trace the leak and just needed a straightforward repair. Mike and Shane from AccuServe (a father/son team) showed up, diagnosed the issue correctly, fixed exactly what was broken, pressure tested everything, and got me back up and running for $400. No upsell. No scare tactics. No trying to rebuild parts of the system that weren't failing. For context, another company quoted $1,400 and wanted to add work I didn't ask for and wasn't needed. AccuServe focused on the actual problem and solved it. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced. This is how plumbing service should be done and how companies operate with integrity. I'll be using them again and I recommend them to anyone who wants real work done without getting taken for a ride.

I can't say enough good things about Mike from AccuServe Plumbing & Drain. From the moment I…read morereached out, he responded within minutes--literally. He immediately guided me through checking whether my tankless water heater was still under warranty and even provided two estimates: one with the warranty and one without. What impressed me most was that even while waiting for my follow-up, he was already working behind the scenes to locate where the replacement unit could be picked up. That level of initiative and professionalism is rare. When Mike came out, he was incredibly transparent and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. And as luck would have it, my bathtub plate/spout also needed to be replaced--he handled that seamlessly as well. Mike went above and beyond from start to finish. If you need a plumber who communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about helping you, Mike is your guy. Highly recommend!
