The landscaping this individual does and the qualtiy of work he puts into the job is first rate. The level of professionalism is also very dialed in. Unfortunately, he's always "too busy" to answer his telephone or return phone calls that getting service from this company is near to impossible. Such a shame, too. He did some work for me once and I was ready to pay on the spot but said he would invoice me later, which was a little odd. I emailed him 3x at least to ask when the invoice would be sent to me either through email or the postal mail, again, with no response back. I could have gotten away with not paying for this job if I didn't want to, but being the good Samaritan I am, I had his address on his business card and sent him a check for the amount he told me it would be the day he completed the work.
