They have helped him navigate all the big feels that come with being four while constantly focusing to grow his academics. My youngest is fully embracing the "terrible twos", but Ms. Fatima and Ms. Adriel handle him with grace and love every day. They truly have the patience of saints! Ms. Ava is new in the twos class, but she has already gone above and beyond to build a relationship with both of my boys and be a comfort for them when they are away from home. We were so nervous to leave Ms. Jessica in the 1 year old class because she was such a calming and nurturing presence for our wild guy, but she has helped tremendously in the transition and continues to check in and offer support. Finally, Ms. Emy up front is always there to help me with drop off and pick up. She also is always on top of helping me stay organized with upcoming events or when we have forgotten something. Ive for 6 years of pre k teaching under my belt, and not displining was allowed, how ever some of the other teachers were picking them up and yelling at them for a time out. No repercussions or consequences for given to those kids because they were either the owners grandkids or her administrative assistance kids. i watched her fire her office staff and her admin assistant, as well as me in the 3 days I worked there. The staff there are high school students that doubt get paid and are not 18 years old. Not DHS approved at all. out of ratio I would never put my bay in there.
