His team showed up on time and worked tirelessly on a very cold day. Unfortunately, a person that he hired damaged some of our belongings, including our chest freezer that ended up needing to be replaced. Dan promised to make it right, but it's been over 5 months and there has been no resolution. I have tried not to hound, but communication is now failing. I fear he is ghosting me now and I will never see resolution.
