I needed to have a couple metal roofs on a piece of property that is for sale inspected. The…read morefellow was great about texting to coordinate a time to meet, was on time, had his own ladder and was very knowledgeable about different types of metal roofing and the various ways things (like the electrical line) tie into the roof and if that needed replacing. Also had him look at my roof and barn roof because I actually have some water issues at my house. He saw some problems, explained the issues (needs caulking around the chimney and new washer/screws). He even "went the distance" and cleaned out one gutter while he was up on the barn roof so that he could see if there was enough slope for it to drain properly. Very professional.
