Stopped in to get a haircut for my wedding and had one of the best cuts I've ever gotten! I forgot to ask for my barber's name and I regret it because his attention to detail was ridiculous. I've never had anyone pay so much attention to the way they were cutting and the end results really reflected the effort he put into it. This is my "up north go to Barbershop"' I've used about 4 different barbers here and all were good. I normally schedule JAD when possible. He's super friendly and listens to what you want. As a regular now, he double checks for changes. The shop is always very clean. I find the website scheduler a bit challenging, however always manage. They recently raised prices $5 dollars more a cut. I thought a 12% increase was bit much. Increase should match the rate of inflation. I wish my income jumped 12%....lol. read more

I asked to keep my hair long an right away the dude buzzed off majority of my hair an proceeded to do the worst blending I've ever seen then hyper focused on my ears with the buzzer an then a straight razor I'm pretty unimpressed with my haircut and the barbers skills I won't put his name but he's obviously new as he asked other barbers how to do his job the whole time an you would think for a first time customer you might send them to someone that can do a decent job an can actually speak an understand English won't be going here again nor do I recommend to anyone else. read more

Great cut and great price. I have gone back and forth between barbers and stylists several times. Recently looking for a new barber, I came across True Cuts. I read the reviews and gave them a shot. Booked an appointment online with Halal. This man is a master at his craft. I didn't want a buzz cut or fade, so I picked him (cause he was the first one I saw that didn't have one himself). I stopped in because I was looking for a quality low taper textured fringe and what I got was the same hair in the front and the entire back of my head bald. I don't know who thinks that looks good but I look like a 56 year old man in the back and a thirteen year old boy in the front. Bro didn't follow any directions that I gave him; I requested for him to keep the hair in the back long and he shaved it; I told him I needed hair behind the ears because they stick out and he gave me the highest fade I've ever seen. Did look pretty sick though. Now every time I want to talk to a girl I've got to turn my head and talk to her with the side of my head because that's the only side that looks good. I have been getting my hair cut by these guys since before they opened their own shop. While the do have barbers that come and go, the "originals" are masters of their craft. They use an appointment system which actually makes it easier, since, before COVID, if you had a specific barber you wanted, you could easily be waiting over 2 hours. These guys and gals are the real deal and for a bargain. They may not be able to hit the mark for every person, but for the price and efficiency, I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Took my son here to get a haircut and his travel baseball team number on his head, called ahead and was told this was something they could do, we are new to the area. His whole team had this done and he was excited to do this as well. IT TURNED OUT HORRIBLE!!! The 31 looks like a 37 my son was disappointed as was I horrible experience. I am honestly just very disappointed with my first visit here it was a terrible over priced ($30) which was reasonable till I found out my hair cut fade line isn't even straight it is very crooked.. Also he was really rough with my hair I don't want to put the dudes name and put him on blast because I'm not mean but he said he has been cutting hair for 13 years so I had hope I even tipped him pretty decent. ONE OF THE WORST OLACES TO GET A HAIRCUT THEY HAVE THE WORST BARBERS UO FRONT, I got a haircut and the guy I went to didn't know how to trim, so now I have a patch of hair on top of my head, he didn't know how to line up another barber had to come and line me up but couldn't because the guy I went to was fading my line up. I waited all day to get my haircut after being turned down by multiple barbers that had no customers. Then after they finally managed to squeeze me in the chair the barber only took ten minutes and completely gave me the opposite of what I asked for. I walked in with a slick back and left out with a number three fade with heavy bulk lines. Then after arguing for 20 min with the barber he said the best he could do was give me five off my next cut. Fortunately mirage barbershop on Lewis was open and I was able to get a haircut by my new barber named Hamzah. He showed me that their is still good barbers who actually give their customer what they want.
