I didn't have good experience as far as personal touches with conversation.. which I appreciate during salon services. One major thing was her very blunt cuts. I like edge and texture, it just was not delivered. Though I would say, she is okay for basic cuts if you are not picky. I would not recommend for bangs at all. Stay true to your stylists, ladies. A good one is always hard to find!

I have even been to the BBQ place right next door, but never really noticed the salons right next door. It says "Salons Etc." and it seems to be set up where there is a main entrance and then stylists have their own private mini salons. Very cute. Dana was very pleasant, professional, enjoyable to be around. She did a great job with my highlights and cut. I made a follow-up appointment, and again had a great experience with requesting a time online and the appointment was confirmed in less than an hour. I did not find the being on the phone thing mentioned in a few other reviews to be an issue. But honestly, I wouldn't have a problem with it anyway. My expectation/hope when I get my hair done is to walk out with hair I'm happy with. Glancing at a phone or answering a text is irrelevant to that. She's doing everything herself, so I would think she might need to multitask a little sometimes?

From when I stepped into the store and paid, it took about 30 minutes. Very quick, easy, and efficient. Love it. All for $36 + tip, a grand total of $41.40 which isn't horrible, but if you're on a budget, you can probably can get a cheaper haircut. This store rents out booths to the stylists, so definitely make sure to book your appointment before you go. Probably a very low chance that you'd find one sitting around waiting for a customer.
