She didn't do it and now I have water damage to contend with. The listing agent is supposed to make sure the grass is cut. Once the offer was made, it was never cut again, and we are talking several weeks of growth. She stated she would have it cut before the closing, but again, it was not done. MY person had to contend with foot-high growth of grass and weeds and we are lucky I haven't been fined by the city (yet).
