Evelia, the Assistant General Manager, told me that I had to come into the clinic where I originally opened my membership and sign cancellation paperwork in person. When I arrived, I gave Evelia my phone number, and instead of having me sign anything, she told me I would receive the cancellation forms by email. I was confused because that was the exact opposite of what I had been told over the phone. I asked what the purpose of requiring me to come into the clinic was if the forms were simply going to be emailed and she hadn't even verified that I was actually who I said I was. It wasn't until I pointed that out that she finally asked me to verify my address and date of birth. She then printed the cancellation form, which I signed right there--something that could have been done immediately without the confusion. What made the experience worse was Evelia's attitude. Rather than acknowledging the miscommunication or apologizing, she became defensive and came across as aggressive. When I asked to speak with someone above her, such as the General Manager, she refused to provide that information or help escalate my concerns. Sounds like if you want to cancel you can send whoever to give your number and the forms will be emailed to you, no Driver's License or additional verification of identity is done other than a phone number. I understand that mistakes and miscommunications happen, but professionalism and customer service matter. A simple apology and a willingness to resolve the issue would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of how members are treated when they decide to cancel.

He NEVER ever tries to sell supplements etc or puts a patient on an endless regimen. If you have an issue, he skillfully gets to the bottom of it & quick. In the past I've had serious issues like dystonia and extremely painful knotted fascia in my hips. Before scraping came along, he did a physical workout himself in order relieve those painful fascia knots I had from being bed-ridden-I'm forever thankful! Now he is great at using scraping to quickly remove old scar tissues on even very old injuries so that normal movement is restored like never before. He's very talented. He's given wonderful advice too about many things medical, but NONE of his advice is ever aimed at money out of my pocket. He is so generous with his time and wisdom. As a person he is very genuine, mild mannered, wise and very patient. I'm sure there's more I could say we love about him that I'm forgetting to mention....he's THAT good & has solved so many issues permanently. Oh, he's also great at adjusting knees, hips and hands-which means a lot to me as a runner & a guitarist.
