Five-star service for my repair! My seasonal camper received damage from a recent storm in the…read moreBrainerd Lakes area. One of my windows was broken and I needed a quick repair so I didn't get rain inside. I received a recommendation from a camper repair guy that I should contact Gull Lake Glass to replace the window pane. So I called and talked to them about the repair. They walked me through the repair estimate, cost, and length of time. I scheduled an appointment with the hopes work could be completed in the same day. I brought my window to them just after they opened and they got right to work. They quoted me same day replacement. After about 3 hours, they called with the finished window. Amazing!!! I picked it up and got it installed in time to keep the rain out. The window pane was originally glass and I replaced it with plexiglass. As you can see, it looks identical and really nice!! And, the cost was less than originally quoted which was a huge bonus! I would take my glass replacement here again. I can't speak to a new glass product, such as a glass shower door or other project, but if they treat that in the same manner, I'd use them for that too! Thank you!

Now we're cold and drenched due to an April cold front storm and finally asks what we were doing. They took us into a sort rickety greenhouse and her phone went off. We again had us waiting for at least another 10-15 minutes still wet and cold. At that point we got in the car and left with no sight of anyone to take care of us. We thought the whole experience was very rude. A) They should asked if we could use help or acknowledged that we were there. B) They should have let the phone ring or tel whoever it was they will get a return call. B)
